Creatures 2 is a simulation of artificial life. The creatures in Creatures 2 are named Norns, Ettins and
Grendels. They all were made by the Shee.
Each Norn has its individual digital DNA and the same chemicals and organs you would expect in a real
alive animal. Their brains make independent thought possible. Thereby, they evolve the capability they
need to survive in the wilderness. Norns can propagate and every descendant has its own unique DNA.
The goal of the game is to populate the world with healthy norns. To find food and activities which
deign the Norns a long and healthy life you have to determine Albia.
Grendels are mangy, violent creatures which transfer diseases and were made out of a failed experiment
of the Shee thausend years ago. You should keep your Norns away from the Grendels because they can die
much faster when they have contact with the Grendels.
Ettins were made as architects, craftsmen and workers by the Shee. They live peacefully with the Norns.
Everywhere in Albia are machines and gadgets which help you with the education of your Norns.
